We are seeking an innovative and versatile Business Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across various business disciplines and demonstrate the ability to teach a wide range of subjects, 包括介绍业务, 商业法, 创业, 市场营销, 会计, 和管理. The faculty position is part of the business division within the School of Business and reports directly to the Dean of the School of Business.

• Recommends changes to the instructional programs and curricula as required and actively participates in curriculum development including online teaching.
• Keeps and submits appropriate academic records.
• Maintains instructional effectiveness by ongoing self-evaluation and incorporating current developments in instructional and learning strategies.
• Teaches courses in accordance with the master course outline and within the schedule of classes.
• Assists librarians in keeping the College collections and services current.
• Assists the College in keeping technology, facilities, and equipment current.
• Plans with the assistance of the Dean, 副教务长, 和导演, 以确保供应的可用性, 教科书, and classroom equipment requisite to the successful teaching of assigned classes.

• Serves on College committees and advisory boards and helps recruit for the advisory boards.

• Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

• Master’s degree in business or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Foreign degrees – must provide a US equivalency report of your degree credentials with your transcript, if not, your resume will not be accepted.

• Familiarity with the mission of a comprehensive community college.

• Doctorate degree from and accredited institution of higher education.
• Experience teaching at a community college.
• Experience teaching law courses and with sufficient academic preparation to teach other business courses.
